Is There a Green Thumb in Da House?
September 2008 - Producer and director Leslie S. Osborne planted a new seed
in the ground with "Da Green Show" (DGS). While only in its beta
(development) stage
DGS has taken root. DGS is an eco-friendly series that
presents different ways to save money, make money, and take small steps
toward being green.
"Da Green Show" reached its successful beta stage with the help of Christel
Valentine, Mike Michalak and Carla DiGiacomo. Many contributors featured in
the betas interviewed on topics including; solar paneling, recycled
fashions, Thai massage, and eco-friendly travel. The series continues with a
wide range of interesting topics that prove that being eco-friendly, going
green, is attainable and makes good cents (pun intended).
Most viewers of "Da Green Show" betas are in the United States. DGS viewers
have also come from; Germany, Canada, Belgium, Japan and China.
"Da Green Show" betas have found viewership in almost half of the US
states (and Washington DC) prior to its official launch. DGS
viewers from the US have predominantly come from California, New York, and
Illinois. New York, Chicago, and San Francisco are three cities with
some of the highest DGS viewings (within DGS' top twenty cities).
Viewers of the betas have
commented that DGS is "pretty awesome," "very resourceful" with suggestions
that DGS "keep up the good work." "Da Green Show" can be found at
